Shipping
Delivery timing depends on production status, packing, consolidation, customs, quarantine, carrier schedules and the selected service. Displayed timeframes are estimates only. They are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a written quote expressly guarantees a date. We do not treat “around 1 week” or similar figures as a fixed promise.
International transport, customs processing, port congestion and independent third-party carriers can delay a shipment. Timing may also vary because of production, weather and access to the delivery location.
Each quote states the delivery destination and service level. Delivery is coordinated to the Australian destination confirmed in the quote. That may be a warehouse, shop, cafe, office, home or another address named in the quote. The quote — not a website headline — decides whether the service ends at arrival in Australia, includes customs clearance, or continues to a final-mile address.
What the quote includes
Each quote states whether the following are included or excluded. Unlisted charges are not included unless the quote says otherwise:
- international freight
- GST
- duty and other import taxes
- customs clearance fees
- quarantine or biosecurity charges
- warehousing or storage
- transit insurance
- final-mile delivery
- remote-area fees
- additional carrier charges, including stairs, cranes, forklifts, difficult access, waiting time and redelivery
Stairs, cranes, forklifts, difficult access, waiting time, redelivery and remote-area charges are excluded unless expressly included in the quote. We will seek approval before incurring a material additional charge that was not reasonably included in the accepted quote.
Typical estimates only
- Australian stock: approximately 2–5 business days
- Air delivery: approximately 1–2 weeks
- Sea delivery: approximately 4–8 weeks
Actual timing is confirmed in the written quote and may vary due to production, customs, quarantine, carriers, ports and delivery access.
Carriers and coordination
Freight forwarders and carriers are independent third parties. MR.SK is responsible for reasonably coordinating the approved shipment and for providing available tracking or progress updates through to the delivery stage confirmed in the quote. We do not display simulated tracking.
Damage, loss, insurance and delivery exceptions
The quote must state whether transit insurance is included and any declared-value or claim conditions. Please inspect goods as soon as reasonably practical. If goods arrive damaged, incomplete, missing, or with a delivery exception, contact MR.SK with your order number, photographs, packaging evidence and delivery records.
We will reasonably assist with the relevant carrier or insurer claim and coordinate with the supplier where appropriate. Do not return goods until MR.SK provides return instructions. Responsibility depends on the accepted quote, the relevant transport or insurance terms, and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
